What did you get for putting a bullet in a car? Lets talk preferential treatment shall we? He can’t be arrested/fined for shotting a protected bird unless there is PROOF that he did it - and the word of a long known to be disgruntled neighbour is not proof in anyone’s books. If people could be locked up for that we’d be living in a police state.

He admitted doing it within 100 meters of our house with a 3006 to Constable Fincham and a DOC officer knowing full well all the trouble we’d had with Britton. Have you any idea how loud a 3006 is?
